  • Bilan Femmes Leaders

    “Bilan Femmes Leaders” is a leading Swiss conference organized by the business magazine “Bilan” that promotes female leaders and serves as an important networking and enabler platform. It enables female decision-makers to meet up in Geneva and Lausanne to exchange ideas every year. UBS has supported the event for years.

  • BOOM! Der Thurgauer Wirtschaftstag

    At “BOOM! The Thurgau Business Day,” the three major cantonal business associations in Thurgau bring together entrepreneurs from trade, industry, commerce and agriculture every year. Together, they debate important aspects, trends and questions on a wide range of topics relating to the Thurgau economy in the course of interesting input presentations and panel discussions. UBS has been a main partner since the first Business Day and supports Thurgau’s commitment as an important driver of the local economy.

  • Confrérie des Pirates d'Ouchy

    The Brotherhood of the Pirates of Ouchy is a nonprofit association founded in 1934 to preserve its Lake Geneva boat, the Vaudoise, and to keep her seaworthy. The historic sailing boat, recognized as a monument since 1979, is still an impressive sight on Lake Geneva to this day. As “Official Partner of the Vaudoise,” UBS makes an active contribution to protecting this unique cultural asset.

  • Course de Noël

    The “Course de Noël” is the oldest running race in Switzerland. It takes place before Christmas each December in the old town of Sion. UBS is a partner of the traditional Valais event, which is combined with a festive Christmas occasion – and captivates people far beyond the region.

  • ETH Entrepreneur Club

    The ETH Entrepreneur Club strengthens the next generation of entrepreneurs – and encourages them to realize their visions. The broadly based initiative also manages a co-working space for more than 25 ETH-related start-ups in their early stages. In addition, the ETH Entrepreneur Club organizes 30 inspiring and established events each year. UBS has been a main partner since 2018.

  • Festival Les Georges

    The “Les Georges” open-air music festival brings together a wide variety of musical styles and people from all over Switzerland and beyond. The event held in the pretty old town of Fribourg is popular with all generations. As a special highlight, admission is free for anyone called Georges or Georgette (or a derivative). UBS supports “Les Georges” as a partner to promote musical diversity.

  • Fondation Pierre Gianadda

    The Fondation Pierre Gianadda, founded in Martigny in 1976, is an internationally recognized cultural foundation. Its museums feature everything from archaeological exhibitions and a classic car and sculpture park to art collections and concerts. The Fondation Pierre Gianadda also comprises a Gallo-Roman Museum built around the remains of a Celtic temple. As a partner, UBS has been supporting the foundation’s cultural commitment for many years.

  • Humani’Trail

    The “Humani’Trail” in Les Diablerets connects the Alps with the Himalayas and inspires over 1,300 runners from around 30 countries. Five trails lead through the unique nature of the Vaud Alps and make the region a popular excursion destination. The entry fees go directly to charitable projects in Nepal and have already enabled 30 children to attend school. UBS supports this impressive event as a main partner.

  • Industrie-und Handelskammer Zentralschweiz (IHZ)

    Every year since 1987, the IHZ Innovation Award has honored an outstanding company from Central Switzerland. Prizes are awarded for exceptional technology-oriented or knowledge-based products, processes and services. As a partner of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Central Switzerland (IHZ), UBS actively supports the award ceremony. The focus is on companies that have shown a high degree of innovation, achieved demonstrable market success and produced an impressive entrepreneurial performance.

  • Konzert und Theater St. Gallen

    The “Konzert und Theater St. Gallen” is the oldest professional theater in Switzerland. The cultural institution is as famous for its iconic architecture as it is for its exciting and varied new productions of opera, operetta, musicals, plays, children’s theater and dance. Well over 100,000 visitors flock to St. Gallen every season. UBS has been a partner since the 1990s.

  • Le Festival de l’Humour de La Grande Maison

    At the Valais boutique hotel “La Grande Maison,” the guests are unanimous: it is the perfect place to stay. Not only because of the breathtaking view of the Valais Alps, but also because of the top-class show program. As a main partner, UBS supports “La Grande Maison” at its annual comedy festival – which provides a stage for young talent from Switzerland, France and Belgium.

  • Luzerner Sinfonieorchester

    Regional roots but an international focus: the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra is Switzerland’s oldest symphony orchestra. It represents Lucerne as a city of music all over the world. The symphony orchestra consists of over 80 musicians from almost 20 nations. As the resident orchestra at the KKL Luzern, it is the orchestra with the busiest annual season and has been organizing the annual piano festival “Le Piano Symphonique” since 2022. 

    UBS has supported the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra for many years.

  • Murten Classics

    The picturesque town of Murten and several surrounding villages have been hosting the summer classical music festival, the “Murten Classics,” since 1989. Up to 30 concerts by international musicians will once again take place in a breathtaking setting in 2025. As a partner, UBS supports this gathering of music enthusiasts at a unique festival.

  • Nacht der jungen Leaders

    The “Nacht der jungen Leaders” is an established platform for young leaders and those who want to follow in their footsteps. The late-night event gives ambitious, talented young leaders the opportunity to meet experienced decision-makers from business and politics. The event, organized by Junior Chamber International (JCI) Basel and the Basel Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HKBB), takes place in various Swiss cities. UBS has been a main partner since its foundation in 2019 and supports the next generation of leaders.

  • Ordre des avocats de Genève

    With its 2,200 members, the Geneva bar association “Ordre des avocats de Genève” (ODAGE) represents the majority of Swiss and foreign lawyers and trainee lawyers working in the canton. With the support of UBS, the association actively promotes the continuous professional training of its members. It also strengthens the community with its active commitment and offers free legal services and other initiatives.

  • OYM COLLEGE AG (OYMC)

    The OYM COLLEGE sports school follows an educational concept that is consistently geared towards the needs of young people in competitive sport. As a Swiss Olympic Partner School, the OYM COLLEGE offers young athletes individual support – in a modern educational environment that combines top-class sport with (further) education. Thanks to this partnership launched in 2020, UBS is making a valuable contribution to the promotion of young competitive sport in Switzerland.

  • Photo Elysée

    Photo Elysée is one of the most significant museums in the field of photography. Based in Lausanne, it showcases exhibitions by renowned artists and supports up-and-coming talent. Founded in 1985, the museum aims to question photography as a representation of the world, to promote education in the image industry and to enrich the history of photography with new narratives.

  • Polybahn

    The Polybahn has offered passengers of all ages a unique travel experience ever since 1886. It still represents a key landmark in Zurich to this day. As an important part of the city’s history, it is used by around two million passengers every year. The former Union Bank of Switzerland (SBG), now UBS, rescued the “Bähnli” from debt and continues to operate the UBS Polybahn today in association with the Zurich transport company VBZ. 

  • Sierre Zinal

    The “Sierre-Zinal” race is not just a running competition, but a sporting spectacle. Exceptional scenery meets a friendly atmosphere – where the best runners push each other to reach peak performance. UBS supports the “Sierre-Zinal,” which is part of the Golden Trail Series, a prestigious international series of mountain trail races.

  • Spitzen Leichtathletik Luzern

    “Spitzen Leichtathletik Luzern” – top athletics in Lucerne. This famous sporting event has provided a stage for top national and international athletes ever since 1987. The popular gathering also inspires talented young athletes and sparks public enthusiasm for sport. “Spitzen Leichtathletik Luzern” has global appeal and strengthens Lucerne as a sports destination. UBS has been a partner of the athletics meeting for over 30 years and promotes the sustainable development of sport in the region with various projects for young athletes.

  • Stadtlauf Brig-Glis

    The Brig-Glis city run has a proud tradition dating back to 1983 and attracts participants and spectators from all over the region. The event unites sports enthusiasts, promotes young talent and fascinates young and old alike. UBS supports the popular run at the foot of the Simplon and promotes it as an important event for the region.

  • Stapferhaus

    The Stapferhaus in Lenzburg focuses on the major questions of our time: what shapes our lives, concerns the country and interests people around the world? In interactive, sensory exhibition worlds, it invites visitors – in an entertaining way – to take a critical look at the central issues of our time. UBS supports this creative encounter as a partner.

  • START Summit

    The “START Summit,” Europe’s largest student-organized conference for entrepreneurship and technology, connects thousands of start-ups with investors, talented businesspeople and established companies. The event drives forward the next generation of entrepreneurs and gives them a springboard for implementing visions, missions and market-ready ideas. UBS has been a partner of the “START Summit” since 2023.

  • Tag der Wirtschaft Schlieren

    The city of Schlieren is strongly committed to the local economy and trade. This includes organizing a special business day, the “Tag der Wirtschaft Schlieren,” which has been held annually for over 21 years. Around 1,350 SMEs, numerous business and cluster associations, local business development organizations and representatives from business, politics and administration come to the event to participate in a lively exchange of ideas. As an active partner of the region, UBS supports SMEs from Schlieren with its commitment and encourages local dialog.

  • Théâtre du Passage

    The “Théâtre du Passage” is an important cultural venue in Neuchâtel that offers a varied and multifaceted program. Every year, 30,000 visitors attend unique performances in various artistic fields – ranging from theater and music to dance, artistry and opera. The theater also welcomes 15,000 to 20,000 people in the low season and for specific major events. UBS has been a main partner since the theater opened in 2000.

  • Thunerseespiele

    For over 20 years, the Thunerseespiele have been presenting musical productions from around the world against the UNESCO-protected mountain backdrop of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. The performances on Europe’s most beautiful lake stage are among the most popular open-air musical events beyond national borders, captivating over 70,000 visitors each summer. As the main partner, UBS has supported this high-caliber open-air spectacle since its inception – and is continually thrilled by the Thunerseespiele.

  • UBS Prix Sommet

    Founded in 1986, the highly respected Valais business prize, the “UBS Prix Sommet,” is awarded annually to local companies and recognizes the outstanding achievements of their owners. Ever since day one, UBS has supported the traditional networking event, which strengthens the economic fabric of the canton of Valais. Year after year, the award is presented to bright minds who tackle the challenges of our time with innovation and success. In just under 40 years, more than 180 outstanding companies have been honored.

  • Weissenstein Forum

    The “Weissenstein-Forum” organized by the Solothurn Chamber of Commerce is an exclusive summit for business and politics in the heart of the canton of Solothurn. The event brings together leading economic players from the region with political decision-makers – and offers them a unique platform for exchanging experiences, ideas and inspiration. UBS has supported the Weissenstein-Forum as a main partner since its creation in 2019.

  • Wirtschaftspodium Limmattal

    Every year, the “Wirtschaftspodium Limmattal” attracts around 800 decision-makers from business, politics and industry. This important traditional event was launched in 1999 – to promote and strengthen the Limmat Valley as a business location. As a long-standing partner, UBS has helped to make the “Wirtschaftspodium Limmattal” what it is today: a showcase for regional strengths.
