Get ready to take full advantage of UBS Digital Banking

Things you need
Contact us to arrange delivery and to start your digital banking journey. For security reasons, each item will be delivered separately.

To start Digital Banking you only need three items

1. Access Card

This is the security token for login; keep it safe.

2. Contract number

You will need the contract number for login, please keep it in a secure place.

3. Access Card PIN

For security token activation

How to activate your Access App

Before we start, you need to

Activate your Access Card
Download UBS Access App (Android / Iphone)

Step 1:
Note down the last 5 digits of your Access Card serial number

Step 2:
On the Access App setup screen, enter your Digital Banking Contract Number and click continue

Step 3:
Turn on the Access Card with your card PIN. Enter the code displayed on the Access App screen followed by the 5 digits you noted down earlier in step 1

Step 4:
Enter the code generated by the Access Card on the mobile screen. Now you can set up a password for the Access App for your next login

Log in with the Access App

Faster login to UBS Digital Banking on your mobile, desktop or tablet using the Access App

QR code login to E-Banking (desktop or tablet):

Step 1:
Enter your Contract Number on the login screen. Select “Access App” as login method
Step 2:
Launch the Access App and scan the QR code
Step 3:
Enter the Access App password to complete the login process

Login to Mobile Banking:

Step 1:
Enter your Contract Number on the login screen. Select “Access App” as login method
Step 2:
Your Access App will launch automatically. Enter the Access App password to complete the login process

Start using your Access Card

How to activate your Access Card

Activate your Access Card in 3 steps

Step 1:
Get the initial Access Card PIN from the PIN mailer. Enter the PIN and press “confirm” (green tick)

Step 2:
Select your own PIN and press “confirm” (green tick). Your PIN must be between 6 and and must include both numbers and letters

Step 3:
Re-enter your PIN and press “confirm” (green tick) to complete the setup process. Please safeguard and remember your new PIN as you will need it every time you use the Access Card
