A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the below hotel properties for our group. All registered attendees will receive a separate mailing about booking their overnight accommodation in due course.

The UBS group rates listed below will be honored on pre and post arrival requests based on availability.

St. Regis Deer Valley

Rooms at the St. Regis Deer Valley (conference property) will be limited to (2) per company. To accommodate as many guests as possible at the St. Regis hotel, (1) attendee from each participating company will utilize the one-on-one meeting suite for their overnight accommodations, at a standard room rate during conference dates only. A second standard room will be available to your company, as well.

Any additional reservations needed beyond (2) participants should be made at The Lodges at Deer Valley.

All hotel reservations will be made by UBS directly with the hotel. Hotel reservations made directly with the St. Regis will be voided. You will receive an email either confirming your St. Regis Deer Valley room reservation and providing payment instructions, or letting you know that we were unable to fill your request.

Rooms will be charged at a rate of $598.00 plus 13.57% tax plus $12.00 mandatory porterage and $39.00 daily housekeeping gratuity and resort charge per day.

CANCELLATION of any and all overnight rooms must be done on or before Friday, December 9 to avoid penalty, which is equivalent to the entire cost of your stay.

The Lodges at Deer Valley Accommodation

If you need to make immediate accommodations or book rooms for additional company representatives, please click here to book in the UBS room block at the Lodges at Deer Valley.

Standard guest rooms will be charged at a rate of $403.00 plus tax and mandatory fees. One, two and three-bedroom suites are also available.

CANCELLATION of any and all overnight rooms must be done 31 days prior to arrival, Friday, December 9, to avoid a penalty which is equivalent to the entire cost of your stay.

Shuttle service

Continuous shuttle services are provided by UBS for all conference attendees to and from the St. Regis Deer Valley and The Lodges at Deer Valley for the duration of the conference.

The St. Regis Deer Valley and The Lodges at Deer Valley exceed all of the requirements for the Americans with Disabilities Act. Staff is trained to accommodate guests with special needs so that all are able to have an enjoyable and safe stay.
