UBS does not accept any transaction orders for your UBS customer relation submitted via this form, including but not limited to account openings, payment or stock market transaction orders, revocation of orders or authorizations, blocking of credit cards, changes of address. Please contact the appropriate branch or your client advisor for such transactions.

In addition to the terms mentioned therein the following applies: The competition runs from 20 April 2026, 00:00 Central European Time. Participation in the raffle for the personal Meet & Greet with the Swiss national team ends on 18 May 2026, 23:59 Central European Time. Participation in the raffle for the signed SFV items ends on 14 June 2026, 23:59 Central European Time. Per person, we are giving away 1× 1 Meet & Greet with the Swiss national team including one companion (value of CHF 250 per Meet & Greet per person), as well as 10× 1 jersey with original signatures of the Swiss national team (value of CHF 200 per jersey) and 10× 1 official Puma x SFV match ball with original signatures of the Swiss national team (value of CHF 100 per match ball). Each person can win a maximum of one prize. Anyone who wins the Meet & Greet will no longer participate in the draw for the SFV items. Participation is exclusively open to UBS clients residing in Switzerland.

Please note that in the case of minors the legal representative accepts the terms and conditions of participation.

If you win the Meet & Greet in the drawing, by accepting the prize you authorize UBS to submit your name and email address to the Swiss Football Association (SFV), the organizer of the Meet & Greet, in Switzerland. The SFV is responsible for organizing and conducting the Meet & Greet. Data processing (in particular the intended use and storage location) takes place according to the terms set out by the SFV. Further information on data processing by the SFV can be found in the SFV’s privacy statement, which you can access via the link below. UBS has no influence over this data processing. By submitting your personal data to the SFV, it will be potentially disclosed that you are a client of UBS. By registering an accompanying person for the Meet & Greet with the Swiss national team, you confirm that you have informed said person about the data processing described here and, where necessary, obtained their consent to it. You will need to provide such consent in writing if it is requested by UBS.
