Investing in China's domestic bond and equity markets is still restricted and accessible only under specific schemes. However, given our heritage and local knowledge, we have received significant quota under this to invest in the domestic markets. For our clients, this access means we can take a "one China" approach for them. This offers us a broad opportunity set comprising mainland assets and the offshore markets and we can put money to work where opportunities are most optimal.
