From west Knoxville:
I-40 E toward KNOXVILLE. Merge onto JAMES WHITE PKY via EXIT 388A toward. Take the CUMBERLAND AVE exit toward DOWNTOWN/ US-441 S. First Tennessee Plaza (800 S. Gay Street) and parking garage entrance is on the left.

From the McGee Tyson Airport:
US-129 N/ TN-115 N toward KNOXVILLE/ OAK RIDGE. Take the KINGSTON PK/ US-11/ US-70 ramp. Turn RIGHT onto KINGSTON PIKE/ US-11/ US-70/ TN-1. (This road turns into Cumberland Avenue and then turns into Main Street.) First Tennessee Plaza is at the corner of Main Street and Gay Street. To access the First Tennessee Plaza garage, continue on Main Street past Gay St. and go down the hill. Turn left on State Street and left on Cumberland Ave.  The First Tennessee Plaza garage entrance will be on your left.
