We’ve adopted a uniform approach to supplier contracts and implemented simpler contractual terms to engage with our suppliers more efficiently.  

On this page you'll find our standard contractual terms with suppliers. This includes the UBS Supplier Policies, which are intended to form part of your agreement with UBS.

We may from time to time update or publish new documents on this page to reflect changes in applicable laws or UBS’s policies and standards. You'll find the version number and publication date indicated within each document.​

We encourage all suppliers to sign up to receive email notifications when documents are updated on this page.

Category Specific Terms

Category Specific Terms will apply according to the types of products or services provided to UBS. In most cases they supplement the UBS General Terms and Conditions, but some are freestanding. 

Global Supplier Policies

Suppliers must comply with any applicable Global Supplier Policies. These Policies will form part of the supplier's agreement with UBS. The table below lists the Global Supplier Policies and specifies the circumstances in which each Policy applies.

3.the Agreement is governed by: (a) in the case of EEA established UBS party, the law of a non-EEA jurisdiction; (b) in the case of the UK established UBS party, the law of a non-UK jurisdiction.

The Staff Declarations forms address confidentiality and related matters as per clause 8 of the UBS General Terms and Conditions. They’re available for download as editable PDF files for completion and e-signature. Please select the applicable form from the list on the right.​

DocuSign

No paper. No printing. No scanning. We’re using DocuSign to sign contracts electronically in some jurisdictions. We’ll kickstart the DocuSign process where it’s available for your contract. If you’re already DocuSign user, wait until you hear from us before initiating any eSignature processes.
