How it works:

Step 01

Activate your Priority Pass membership below.

Step 02

Download the Priority Pass app and log in to access your Digital Membership Card for contactless entry at the lounge.

Step 03

Search the app for over 1,500 airport lounges and travel experiences worldwide.

Step 04

To access a Priority Pass lounge, simply present your Digital Membership card in the Priority Pass app at the lounge desk.

If you have a Gold credit card, UBS key4 premium card or Platinum credit card, you can apply for a Priority Pass digital membership card online.

Services and conditions

Requirements

If you have a UBS Gold Credit Card or a UBS key4 premium card and you pay for a Priority Pass lounge visit for EUR 30 in advance, you will not be charged the annual membership fee of EUR 89.

EUR 30 will be charged to your credit card for any additional lounge visits by you and your guests.

If you have a UBS Platinum credit card or a Visa Corporate Gold card, you are entitled to a free Priority Pass membership. You also receive four free lounge visits per year. EUR 30 will be charged to your credit card for any additional lounge visits by you and your guests.

If you are holder of an UBS Mastercard Excellence credit card, just present your physical Excellence card to get access to the Priority Pass lounge. Alternatively, you can also sign up for a digital membership card. For more information, please visit the Excellence website.

With Priority Pass™ you have access to over 1,500 lounges at 700 airports in 145 countries. No matter which airline you fly with and which class you are flying.

Priority Pass lounges are calm and well-connected places where you can work or just relax. Refresh yourself before your flight with complimentary pre-flight bites, drinks and other added perks that help you revive.

Membership cancellation

If you want to cancel your Priority Pass membership, please send the following form to Priority Pass with “Cancellation” as the reason, or get in touch with the UBS Card Center AG.

Please note that the membership must be cancelled at least six weeks before the annual renewal.

Legal note

The validity of your Priority Pass membership ends upon termination of the UBS credit card contract or the expiration of the Priority Pass membership card. Afterwards you will have no access to the airport lounges with this card.
