Mailbox may only be used within the scope of the Special Terms and Conditions for Mailbox. In particular, Mailbox shall not be used to send time-critical Messages or Messages subject to time limits (e.g. time-critical payment or stock exchange orders, instructions to subscribe for issues or to carry out any other securities transactions that are subject to the limit, cancellations of orders and powers of attorney, blocking instructions for credit cards and other services, etc.). Any Messages will be processed manually and thus only in the ordinary course of business on bank working days; no priority will thus be given to the processing of such Messages.
