This Privacy Note is issued by UBS AG (""UBS"" or ""We"").

In the context of the Wealth Management Hong Kong Registration Form (""Form""), we collect and process the personal information you enter in the Form (""Personal Data"").

We collect and process your Personal Data for the purpose of engaging in prospecting and business development and / or protecting and enhancing the UBS brand specifically for processing your registration and organizing events and webinars, for internal review purposes, relationship management or to provide you with requested services, as well as to market financial products and services to you where you have separately consented in the Confirmation Section above to such direct marketing (""Purpose"").

The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary, but we may not be able to provide you with our products or services or support your requests if you do not provide your Personal Data.

Your Personal Data may be shared with and processed by UBS Group companies. If Data is transferred abroad, it may no longer be protected by your local laws (e.g., banking secrecy, financial privacy, other client confidentiality provisions and data protection laws may not necessarily provide an equivalent or comparable level of protection, when compared to the rights provided under laws that apply to your relationship with UBS) and may fall under foreign regulations that allow the Data to be passed to relevant local authorities or other third parties.

We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the abovementioned purposes or to comply with legal, regulatory or internal policy requirements.

We cannot process your Personal Data for any direct marketing purposes without first having obtained your consent. If you wish to consent to us contacting you by email or phone (by call, text or fax) or otherwise processing your Personal Data for such direct marketing purposes, please tick the separate box in the Confirmation Section below consenting to the use of Personal Data provided for direct marketing purposes.

The data entered into this form is transmitted encrypted to UBS Switzerland AG via the internet and distributed to local UBS offices appropriately. Nevertheless, in order to maintain discretion, please do not include any confidential data such as account numbers. Via this form, UBS does not accept any instructions for business transactions such has the opening of accounts, payment orders, trading orders, revocations of orders or authorizations, blocking of credit cards, changes of address, etc. Please contact the appropriate office or your client advisor for such transactions.
