Use the UBS mobile app and UBS.com. Timely text or email alerts can keep you informed of your activity. You can sign up via the UBS Financial Services app or by contacting your UBS Financial Advisor.
Travel changes, cancellations and billing disputes
We recommend you start with your travel provider because many airlines and hotels are being flexible. If they aren't able to help, you can call the number on the back of your card to submit a billing dispute.
Travel booked through UBS My Choice Rewards or UBS Concierge
Call the number on the back of your card and use the My Choice Rewards or Concierge prompts to rebook travel and request assistance for a refund. Our representatives can assist you with travel booked through our programs.
UBS personal and business Visa Signature and Visa Infinite credit cardholders can call the number on the back of the card and select the Concierge prompt. The UBS Concierge team can assist with changing travel plans and a number of other services including:
- Private aviation services such as Sentient Jet, Le Bas International, NetJets and Wheels Up
- Grocery, medication and meal delivery for you or your loved ones
- Online tutors to help your children keep up with their studies, as well as virtual activities
- Care packages and hard-to-find gifts that can bring you closer during these challenging times
Rewards and benefits
Log into ubs.com or the UBS Financial Services app to learn more about your rewards and benefits. Call the number on the back of your card to redeem points for merchandise, gift cards and statement credits, as well as travel expenses.
You can setup automatically recurring payments or establish one-time payments from a UBS account or from another bank. If you are not already enrolled, please speak with your UBS Financial Advisor or visit ubs.com/onlineservices. Navigate to "Credit Card Summary," then to "Manage Your Account."
