Announcement of the Extraordinary Resolution:
Merger of the UBS UK Opportunities Fund with the UBS UK Equity Income Fund

Following the meeting of shareholders of UBS UK Opportunities Fund, a sub-fund of UBS Investment Funds ICVC (the 'Company'), which was held today (the 'Meeting'). UBS Asset Management Funds Ltd, the Authorised Corporate Director of the Company, is pleased to announce that the extraordinary resolution set out in the Notice of Meeting of Shareholders, contained within the circular published on 23 April 2020, was duly passed.
