The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, action or proceeding, and to settle any disputes, which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and, for such purposes, you agree to submit  to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Each party hereby waives any objection which it might at any time have to the courts of Singapore being nominated as the forum to hear and determine any proceedings and to settle any disputes and agrees not to claim that the courts of Singapore are not a convenient or appropriate forum.

Before joining UBS in 2005, he worked for the UK Treasury, dealing with an eclectic range of topics including international macroeconomics, the UK budget, economic reform in Europe, and post-conflict fiscal policy in Iraq.

Head of Global Emerging Markets and Equities, APAC

Geoffrey Wong is Head of Global Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific Equities with overall responsibility for all Asian, Japanese and Australian equity teams, strategies and research.

Geoffrey is also responsible for research and portfolio management and construction for global emerging market strategies and is a member of the Equities Management Committee.

Geoffrey joined UBS in 1997. He served on the board of directors of Singapore Exchange, the combined stock and futures exchange of Singapore between 2003 and 2006. He is currently a member of the Singapore Society of Financial Analysts.

 

Anne Anderson

Head of Fixed Income, APAC

Anne Anderson has overall responsibility for all Asia Pacific fixed income activities at UBS Asset Management. She chairs the Australian senior strategy group with responsibility for Australian interest rate management. She is also a member of the Global Fixed Income Management Committee and Global Fixed Income Investment Committee.

Anne joined UBS in 1993. She currently serves on the advisory board of the Australia Office of Financial Management.

Graham Mackie

Head of Global Real Estate, APAC

Graham Mackie is responsible for managing the APAC Global Real Estate (GRE) team and executing the regional strategy. He also provides an APAC perspective into the overall global strategy and is a member of the GRE Management Committee.

Prior to this, Graham was the regional head of GRE's Multi-Manager (GMM) team in APAC, where he was responsible for investment in multiple real estate funds across the Asia Pacific region. In addition, Graham was involved in the marketing of GMM products and services to the client base in the APAC region.

Graham sits on the Management Board and the Executive Board of ANREV, where he is also the Chairman of the Investor Advisory Board. In addition, Graham is also a CFA Charter holder.

Adolfo Oliete

Head of Investments, UBS Hedge Funds Solutions, APAC

Adolfo Oliete is primarily responsible for spearheading investment research in the APAC region and has a senior management role in Asia, representing the region in portfolio management meetings. Adolfo is also a member of the UBS Asset Management APAC Committee and the Management Committee.

He leads research on markets, hedge fund investment due diligence and co-investments in Asia. He joined UBS Asset Management's A&Q investment team in London in 2012. Prior to 2012, Adolfo spent one year as a hedge fund consultant at Casteel Capital and 12 years at Highbridge Capital Management in New York and London where he was a Senior Vice President. Adolfo has over 18 years of investment experience and holds a BBA from the University of Massachusetts, at Amherst.

Lorenz Chenaux-Repond is responsible for managing the businesses that originate and manage direct investments in direct infrastructure across Asia-Pacific.

Prior to joining the team in 2006, Lorenz was in charge of UBS Investment Bank’s utilities group in Asia. Lorenz has extensive experience in the infrastructure sector, including electricity, gas, water, toll roads, ports and storage facilities. He has played a leading role in multiple direct investment, advisory, equity and debt capital market transactions across the entire region.

Stefan Lecher

Global Head Strategist, Multi Asset and Solutions

Stefan Lecher is responsible for designing and developing multi-asset products and investment solutions for institutional and wholesale clients. He also has oversight of all Multi Asset Strategist activity worldwide.

Prior to taking on his current role in 2010, Stefan was a Senior Asset Allocation Strategist for the EMEA region. He joined UBS Asset Management in 2004 and during his time with the GIS team, he has developed Asset Liability Investment Solutions and advised on tailor-made investment solutions for institutional clients globally.

Stefan was previously a consultant with McKinsey and Company, advising large financial institutions on strategic and financial management. Prior to this, he worked in actuarial, risk management and accounting-related roles with Zurich Financial Services Group and Generali Insurance.

John Bradshaw

John Bradshaw

O'Connor, Singapore

John Bradshaw is primarily responsible for managing O'Connor's Asian strategies. He is a senior investment professional and runs O'Connor's Asia Pacific long/short strategies.

From 2005 to 2012, John ran the Asian Tactical Trading team, a segregated proprietary team at the investment banking arm of UBS in Hong Kong. Before 2005, John was the Head of the Cash Equity Trading team which was involved in proprietary trading. He also managed a team of seven professionals across Hong Kong, London and New York.
