In the risk control area a successful candidate would be a graduate in finance, financial markets or economics, with very strong analytical skills. In our recruitment process we look for theoretical knowledge gained at university, but we also focus on your skills, experience and/or the area of expertise in which you would like to grow.
For operational risk roles, we focus mainly on your experience, knowledge and applications skills. Most roles require at least basic financial and banking knowledge, but also a very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel. In MS Excel we work on large data sets, so proficiency in creating pivot tables and using text, logic lookup and reference functions is crucial.
Due to the fact that we cooperate with teams from all over the world, excellent written and spoken business English as well as very good communication and teamwork skills are required. Also, an inquisitive and analytical mind, as well as good eye for detail are very important to us. German or French language skills would also be an asset.
For the majority of the roles within the legal area you need to have either a financial, legal, banking or linguistics background, as well as very good knowledge of MS Office.
