Lagos

The largest urban agglomeration in Nigeria and on the African continent, Lagos is a megacity of islands and mainland set on the shores of the Gulf of Guinea. An economic powerhouse thanks to an influx of oil money, it is the country's commercial center, has a strong information, communications and telecommunications (ICT) industry and features one of the largest and busiest ports in Africa. Outside of business hours, the city is a vibrant cultural hub with an energetic arts and music scene, if you can reach it through the endless traffic.
