Deactivating accounts for online payments

  1. Log in to UBS e-banking.
  2. Under "Payments" in the navigation on the left-hand side, select "Settings > Security settings > Deactivate accounts".
  3. Set the switch for accounts that you would like to block for online payments from active (green) to blocked (red).

Tip: You can also block your accounts any time in the Mobile Banking app at «Settings & services > Self-service > Deactivate accounts».

You can reactivate accounts in the security settings whenever you wish. For your security, you need to confirm the activation using your Access Card and card reader or the Access Card Display.
