Amy White is a Managing Director and Head of Business Management & Operations for Real Estate US (RE-US), a team which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management (UBS-AM). She is a member of the RE-US Management team and Investment Committee. Amy joined UBS-AM in July 2022. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing operating processes and procedures including developing and implementing a new data management strategy.

Andrew Bethke is a member of the Asset Management Team for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. He serves as Senior Asset Manager, responsible for overseeing USD 1.5 billion in multifamily assets located throughout United States.

Chris Dearing is an Associate Portfolio Manager for the Trumbull Property Fund (TPF) for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management.

Derek Niziankiewicz is an associate portfolio manager for the Trumbull Property Growth & Income Fund (TPG) for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. TPG is the Firm’s open-end value-added real estate fund.

Elizabeth Draghi is Counsel for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. She is responsible for legal, compliance and risk control matters for the Global Real Estate business area.

Husayn is a Portfolio Manager for the Trumbull Property Fund (TPF) for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management.

Jonathan (Jon) Hollick was appointed to Head of Real Estate Global ex DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) of the Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) business for UBS Asset Management (UBS-AM) in January 2024. In this global function, he is responsible for building out and broadening our growth priorities on our highly-differentiated specialized thematic and sustainable investing capabilities in the real estate space outside the DACH region.

Joe Azelby joined UBS Asset Management as Head of Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) in March 2019. In this role he is responsible for the combined real estate, infrastructure and private equity asset management businesses that invest directly into real assets, unlisted funds, listed real estate securities as well as multi-manager solutions globally.

Kara Foley is a portfolio manager for the daily valued, private real estate strategies for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. Kara is the portfolio manager of the UBS Trumbull Diversified Property Collective Fund which is a daily valued collective investment fund offered to defined contributions plans and the portfolio manager of the Trumbull US Core Multi-Fund which is structured as a Delaware limited partnership that offers investors participation in a portfolio of existing institutional real estate funds managed by UBS Realty Investors LLC.

Kasey Walsh currently has Asset Manager responsibilities for real estate investments in Texas, California, Arizona and Illinois, including the TPF West Coast retail portfolio, for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. Kasey is based in the firm’s Dallas office.

Maria Bascetta is a Real Estate Investment Specialist for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. Maria's primary responsibility is investor relations and new business development primarily on the East Coast and Chicago. She is currently responsible for investor relations for approximately USD 4 billion AUM.

Mario Maturo is the Lead Portfolio Manager for the Trumbull Property Growth & Income Fund (TPG) for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. Mario is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Management Forum.

Matt Johnson was appointed Head of Real Estate US of the Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) business for UBS Asset Management (UBS-AM) in January 2020. In this role, he is responsible for executing the regional strategy, investing and managing real estate and engaging with clients across the US. He also provides an US perspective into the overall global strategy.

Ming Chen is the Director of Performance Measurement for the Trumbull Property Fund (TPF) for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. Ming’s main responsibilities include managing fund performance attribution and risk analytics.

Nicole is a member of the Commercial Asset Management Team for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. She currently oversees the majority of TPF’s West Coast industrial portfolio across Northern and Southern California.

Nolan Henry is a Portfolio Manager for the Trumbull Property Income Fund (TPI) for the US real estate business of UBS Asset Management.

Paul Canning is the Lead Portfolio Manager for the Trumbull Property Fund (TPF) for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. TPF is the firm’s largest open-end real estate account. Paul is also a member of the firm's Strategy Team and Investment Committee.

Patrick O'Sullivan was appointed to Head of Investment Specialists of the Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) business for UBS Asset Management (UBS-AM) in January 2020. In this role, he is responsible for growing the client and product franchise and for ensuring that the business's capabilities are marketed worldwide in collaboration with UBS-AM’s network and for strengthening REPM’s sales platform within UBS.

Richard Lara is the Lead Portfolio Manager for the Trumbull Property Income Fund (TPI) for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. He also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee.

Rod Chu is Head of Property Investments where he is responsible for the Transactions and Asset Management Units for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. He manages a team of real estate professionals based in Hartford, New York, Dallas, and San Francisco who are responsible for the asset management, acquisition, disposition and loan origination of all real estate investments. Based in the San Francisco office, Rod is a member of the Investment and Management Committees and the Strategy Team.  

Tiffany Gherlone leads Research & Strategy for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. As Head of Research & Strategy, Tiffany directs a team of Real Estate Economists, Technical Analysts and has oversight of the daily-valued platform led by Portfolio Manager, Kara Foley. She is a voting member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Tom Aitken is a member of the Portfolio and Client Services Unit for Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. He is located in the Hartford office. Tom's primary responsibilities are investor relations and new business development.

Tom O'Shea is the Head of the Portfolio and Client Services team for US Real Estate, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) within UBS Asset Management. Tom and his team are responsible for developing and maintaining investment relationships with REPM clients and consultants worldwide. These responsibilities include client servicing and marketing of Global Real Estate investment products and capabilities to pension funds, defined contribution plans, endowments/foundations, and other investors, and their consultants. Tom is a member of the Management Committee for the US real estate business.

Wayne Zorger is the Head of the US Real Estate Capability Specialists team within Real Estate US, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) within UBS Asset Management. Wayne is responsible for the management and operational function of the Real Estate US Capability Specialists team, overseeing requests for proposals, consultant and client information requests, competitor analysis, client services, marketing collateral and communications.
