Q. Your role/team (仕事内容について教えてください)
As an eFX salesperson, I am responsible for product distribution and relationship management for multiple client segments. I also produce client trade flow analytics and provide pricing and liquidity feedback to our trading desk. Additionally, my desk spends a significant amount of time on generating ideas and consulting with clients to help them improve profitability and growth.
Q. Why did you choose UBS? (なぜUBSを就職先に選んだのですか?)
I received a job offer from a competitor on the very same day UBS also offered me a role. I was coming from a securities house with an excellent working culture, and so placed extra importance on surrounding myself with good people. UBS made the decision easy for me in this regard, and has fulfilled my expectations as my colleagues across the globe continue to be the main reason I am happy in the work place.
Q. What drives you at work? (働く上での原動力となっているものを教えてください)
Knowing there is always something more to learn–whether new technologies, languages, or financial knowledge—is a hugely motivating factor for me. My role challenges me in many different ways each day, pushing me to continually improve and refine my skills. Constant exposure to colleagues from different cultures also keeps the job interesting.
