Financial intermediaries, Lawyers and Accountants

Working with you to assist your clients

Working in the best interests of clients lies at the heart of our proposition to Intermediaries. We have a well-established infrastructure and offer a flexible service to those who wish to retain a strong bond with their clients but choose to delegate the responsibility of managing all or some of these assets to another professional.

Are you an asset manager who would like to concentrate on particular strategies and offer your clients a wider range of asset management options?

Are you an asset manager who wishes to redefine your priorities and devote more time to client relationship management, client acquisition or other activities?

Or you may be an asset manager seeking ways of building your business model as efficiently and robustly as possible with a view to future regulatory requirements?

We can help

Our aim is to partner with you so that you achieve the best for your clients and your business. Discretionary or advisory, the advice and management of your clients' assets are conducted in accordance with the requirements, objectives and risk tolerances that are discussed and agreed between you, your client and UBS prior to commencement of the mandate. The mandate is then executed between the client and UBS, effectively delegating the asset management role to us.

We also offer a business to business service for those intermediaries that choose to directly manage investments on behalf of their clients but require access to safe custody, brokerage and sophisticated support services.

The value of an investment and the income derived from it can fall as well as rise and you may not get back the original amount invested. We recommend that you take independent financial and/or legal advice as to the implications of investing, including tax matters. UBS does not provide tax advice. Full Terms and Conditions are available to you upon request. In Jersey UBS AG, Jersey Branch is authorized and regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
