Journalist - Moderator
After working as the face and editor of the leading programs of 24Ore TV, Debora came to Radio 24 to lead 'Salvadanaio' (a program dedicated to the management of family finances), 'Soldi e dintorni', and stock market updates.
As the 'Peak Voice' of Radio 24, she currently leads the daily entertainment show, 'Cuore e Denari'. The show is broadcast daily from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., covering such issues as personnel management, family money, and lifestyle.
She collaborates with 'Il Sole 24 Ore' on financial education issues, savings and investment decisions of households, market trends, and financial advice.
Debora is also a moderator of conferences and round tables, and author of the book 'Donne di denari'.
Valerio Massimo Manfredi
Historian and writer
An archaeologist and storyteller, Manfredi has conducted scientific expeditions and excavations at various sites in the Mediterranean. He has also collaborated with prestigious research institutes, and published numerous articles and papers in international scientific journals.
With over 12 million books sold worldwide, he is currently the world's most read and translated Italian writer.
Manfredi writes novels with the utmost scientific rigor, applying the thoroughness of a historian combined with the great style of a narrator.
Among his works are the famous trilogy 'Alexandros', translated into 30 languages in 75 countries, and the trilogy 'My Name Is Nobody', dedicated to the epic figure of Ulysses. With 'Teutoburg', his latest work, Manfredi tells the historic battle of the Teutoburg Forest between the Roman army and a coalition of Germanic tribes. Even then, this battle was decisive for the history of the Empire and Europe.
Manfredi is also an author of cinema and television. His narrative talent serves National Geographic documentaries and programs on channels such as Discovery Channel, BBC, '7', 'RAITRE' and RAI History.
Chief Investment Officer - UBS Wealth Management Italy
Matteo Ramenghi is Chief Investment Officer of UBS Italy.
His career began in 2000 at UBS Investment Bank, London, where, for nearly fifteen years, he dealt with financial institutions, first taking care of mergers and acquisitions and, later, the equity research industry.
Come back in Italy, Matteo took the lead of the research team, retaining the responsibility for analyzing Italian banks and holding a position of increased responsibility until his appointment as Responsible of the banking sector for emerging Europe.
In the summer of 2015, Matteo joined UBS Italy as Chief Investment Officer, taking part in the wealth management division's global investment process.
In his work, he counts on economic and financial analysis from over 900 analysts worldwide working in UBS.
Based in Milan, Matteo brings UBS's investment strategies in direct contact with media and customers through publications, conferences and meetings.
Global Chief Economist, UBS Wealth Management - Guest Speaker for Forum Milan
Paul joined UBS Wealth Management in August 2016, and is the Global Chief Economist. He is a member of the Global Investment Committee, a UBS Opinion Leader, a sponsor of UBS Speak Up, and a UBS Pride Ally. Paul is responsible for developing and presenting the UBS economic outlook, marketing the UBS view on economics, policy and politics around the world. He appears regularly in the print and broadcast media. Paul started at UBS Investment Bank as an intern in 1992, and was Global Economist.
Paul has an MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University. He is an Honorary Fellow of St Anne’s College, Oxford, sitting on its investment committee, and is a member of the Vice-Chancellor’s Circle of Oxford. He holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of London. Paul is also a co-founder of the Peter Culverhouse Memorial Trust (a cancer research and patient care charity). He is an amateur heavyweight boxer and keen skier.
Paul co-authored 'From Red to Green? How the financial credit crunch could bankrupt the environment' with Julie Hudson, which was published in August 2011. 'Food Policy and the Environmental Credit Crunch: From Soup to Nuts', also co-authored with Julie, was published in September 2013. Paul contributed to 'How the world really works: the economy', a children’s guide to economics, which was published in May 2014. His book 'The Truth About Inflation' was published in April 2015.
Economist and Senior Advisor UBS - Guest Speaker
Innocenzo Cipolletta is Senior Advisor of UBS Limited Italy Branch.
He is Chairman of The University of Trento, Fondo Strategico Italiano, AIFI (Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association), and Senior Advisor of UBS Limited AG. Innocenzo is also Deputy Chairman of Assonime (Association of the Italian joint stock companies) and FeBAF (the Italian Banking, Insurance and Finance Federation), and a member of the board of S.p.A, Lunelli S.p.A., and Laterza-Agorà Srl.
Additionally, he was Chairman of Ferrovie dello Stato S.p.A., the Italian state-owned railways from 2006 to 2010; the daily financial newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore from 2004 to 2007); and the Marzotto Group from 2000 to 2003. He was also Director General of Confindustria (the Italian Industry Association) from 1990 to 2000.
Innocenzo belongs to many scientific committees. As a professor of economics, he taught at the University of Rome ('La Sapienza'), the University of Reggio Calabria, the University of Florence ('Cesare Alfieri'), and the Roman University ('LUISS–Guido Carli').
He is a publicist and economics commentator of the Italian magazine Espresso and other newspapers. Innocenzo is also the author of many scientific publications and books; and a member of non-profit organisations such as the Italian Statistics Society, the Italian Economists Society, Demographics and Statistics, the ISTAO (Istituto Adriano Olivetti per la Gestione Economica dell’Azienda), and the Italian Institute for International Affairs (IAI).

Managing Director UBS Europe SE, Succursale Italia
As a member of the management board of UBS Europe SE, Fabio Innocenzi was appointed UBS Group Country Head of UBS in Italy in 2011, after serving as Head of the Banks of north-east Italy's Intesa San Paolo Group and General Manager of Cassa di Risparmio del Veneto.
He worked in Intesa San Paolo from 2009 and, between 2002 and 2008, was CEO of Banco Popular and a member of the ABI Executive Committee.
From 1993 to 2001, he was head of the asset management activities of the UniCredit Group, and CEO of Pioneer Investments, with operations in Milan, Dublin and Boston. In the same period, he served as Vice Chairman of Assogestioni.
In May 2016, Fabio was appointed President of AIPB, the Italian Private Banking Association.
