UBS AG, Mumbai branch has received some enquiries from general public regarding certain third party entities with no connection to UBS which are seeking to collect deposits on the basis of alleged investor guarantees granted by UBS AG. Typically, the false claims are a fraudulent means of garnering funds, typically via a website which may display the UBS logo.
