Kobi Feller joined UBS in November 2011 as Head of IPS in Israel. Prior to assuming this role, he was Chief Investment Officer at Clal Finance, the financial arm of Clal Insurance. From 1996 to 2007, he headed the Investment Portfolio Management unit at Psagot Securities, the largest and oldest investment portfolio management company in Israel. Previous to this, from 1991 to 1996, Kobi was an analyst and portfolio manager at Galor, a private investment boutique. He holds a BA degree in Economics, and an MA in Economics and Finance, from Haifa University.

Inbal Polak joined UBS in October 2011 from the rating agency Standard and Poor’s, where for the last eight years she developed the rating models for Israeli mutual and provident funds, and managed this division for S&P Maalot. With over 14 years of experience in the capital markets, Inbal has in-depth knowledge of the domestic fund industry. She holds a BA degree in Business and Sociology from the Hebrew University, and an MBA from the Recanati Business School, Tel Aviv University.

Yaad Lev joined UBS from IBI Investment House in 2012. He has over 9 years of experience in the investment field, specializing in local and global bond markets. At IBI, Yaad managed the investment portfolios of top institutional and corporate clients, selecting investment targets and adjusting portfolios to client requirements, with the emphasis on portfolio risk management. Yaad holds a BA in Business Administration with a Finance major from the IDC Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya, and is licensed as an investment portfolio manager by the Israel Securities Authority (ISA).
