E-Banking

After logging into E-Banking, you can change how your start page is displayed by going to Settings > Start page at the top right of the screen.

Alerts

UBS e-banking allows you to set up SMS and e-mail notifications for various events such as Account Balance and Account Transactions. You can set up various rules for every portfolio based on your preference. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to UBS e-banking.
  2. Select Settings > Mobile banking > Notifications.

3. Click on your preferred tab, eg. Accounts, Mailbox or Security.
If you would like to set up rules for accounts balance and transactions, click Accounts > Set up notifications.

Select Account balance or Account transactions and click 'Next'

Enter your preferred rules and click 'Save'.

4. If you would like to make changes to the notification regarding UBS Mailbox, click 'Mailbox', check the box, select the preferred email address and phone number, click 'Turn on/Turn off', followed  by Save.

5. If you would like to select from your existing list of phone number(s)/email address(es) to receive security-relevant events occurring in your e-banking (e.g. if the e-banking password has been changed), click 'Security'. Configure the preferred email and phone number and click 'Save'.
Security notifications to an email address are required by law.

You have completed the notifications set up.

You will receive alerts and notifications, such as new E-documents, login warnings and password changes.

Please provide a written instruction to your Client Advisor. This is one of our safety measures to ensure your data security.

E-Documents

You will only see new statements and transaction advices generated in E-Banking after you have logged in and accepted the E-documents electronic legal agreement.

Yes, clients are required to accept Electronic Agreement

For new and existing UBS Digital Banking clients who have not opt in for eDoc, you can login to their E-Banking accounts to subscribe for eDoc.

You will find your E-documents in UBS e-banking under Mailbox > E-documents. New E-documents are automatically saved in this area and are available for 2 years.

You can call up your bank documents as PDF files, then download and save them on your computer. Highlight the document you want and click 'Download'.
