1. Inform your client advisor that you want to join UBS Advisor Messaging and they will help to onboard you to this service.
2. After you have been onboarded, you will receive a confirmation WhatsApp message from “UBS Wealth Management”. If you cannot find the message, please scan this QR code to open it.

3. Reply to the WhatsApp message to activate the service.
4. Your UBS Advisor Messaging is now ready for use - start chatting.

1. Inform your client advisor that you want to join UBS Advisor Messaging and they will help to onboard you to this service.
2. Once your client advisor confirms that you have been onboarded, open your WeChat scanner, scan this QR code and click “Follow”.

3. Your client advisor will contact you to perform the activation and verification of your account.
4. Your UBS Advisor Messaging is now ready to use - start chatting.

1. Status and performance of your portfolio
2. CIO views, product information and market movements.
3. Status of your instructions or trades.
4. Events or appointments with your client advisor.
5. Share photos or documents* with your client advisor (For WhatsApp users only. File formats include *.pdf, *.xls, *.doc, and *.ppt.)
6. Place a buy and sell order (Subject to our internal pre-trade checks and limited to eligible orders for equities, funds and loans only. Please consult your client advisor for further information.)

Your client advisor will remain your primary contact. Other authorized UBS staff may be added to provide further support if required.
