Claudia Panseri, Equity strategist, Switzerland Investment Office, UBS Wealth Management

Claudia Panseri joined UBS in 2017 as a European equity strategist, working closely with CIO sector analysts on developing investment ideas, and mainly covering style research. Claudia discovered her passion for financial markets early in her career. She has a wealth of experience in financial markets, equity strategy, and also portfolio management, which she has covered for more than 15 years on both the buy side and sell side. Prior to moving to Zurich, Claudia spent most of her career in Paris and London.

Claudia holds an MSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Venice, and is a member of the SFAF (French Society of Financial Analysts). She is fluent in Italian, English and French.


Nicole Krieger, Strategic Asset Allocation, UBS Wealth Management

Nicole Krieger joined UBS in 2015 as a strategist within the Chief Investment Office Asset Allocation team, where she focuses on Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) and Strategic Investment Solutions (SIS). Prior to joining UBS, Nicole was part of the Investment Strategy and Research group at Credit Suisse in Zurich from 2011. Before that, she worked for Strategic Value Partners, a distressed debt hedge fund based in Connecticut, and for Perella Weinberg Partners as an analyst in M&A advisory in New York.

Nicole holds a joint BA/MA from New York University, and an MBA from the London Business School.


Richard Morton, Head of Corporate Communications Wealth Management

Richard is a managing director and Head of Corporate Communications for UBS’s wealth management division. In this role Richard is responsible for all internal and media communications related to UBS wealth management. He is based in Zurich and London. Richard began his career in communications in 2005 when he joined the press office of UBS in London. In 2011 he became Deputy Head of IB corporate communications and Head of IB internal communications. Between 2012 and 2017 Richard focused on change communications across the UBS Group before assuming his current role in February 2017. Richard holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Fairfield University in the USA as well as a BA from Keele University in the UK.


Jackie Bauer, Economist and pension expert, UBS Wealth Management

Jackie Bauer is an economist in the Swiss Investment Office, focusing on the Swiss and international pension systems, including demographic change and its implications for retirement planning and investing. Jackie also coordinates Swiss franc asset allocation processes. Prior to this, she spent two years in the Chief Investment Office Regional Asset Allocation team as a cross-asset strategist. Before joining the CIO in June 2015, she worked in UBS Investment Products and Services, and as a business strategist in UBS WM Strategy & Business Development, where she started her career in 2013.

Jackie holds a master's in Economics and Management from the University of Zurich, and a bachelor's in International Business and Finance from Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia. She also studied at Sacramento State University, USA, and the University of Hertfordshire, England. She is currently a candidate in the CFA program.


Rachel Whittaker, Sustainable Investing Strategist, UBS Wealth Management

Rachel Whittaker is a sustainable investing (SI) strategist in the Chief Investment Office Wealth Management. She joined UBS in June 2017 from RobecoSAM, a boutique SI asset manager, where she was a senior investment analyst leading the research behind the launch of a gender equality impact equity strategy. She started her career in 2000 as a sell-side equity research analyst at Merrill Lynch and subsequently Morgan Stanley in London, before joining the Responsible Investment team of Mercer Investment Consulting in 2007 to build up the manager research capability for ethically and environmentally themed public and private equity funds.

Rachel studied Anthropology and Management Studies as an undergraduate at the University of Cambridge, and earned her MSc in Corporate Environmental Strategy at the University of Surrey in the UK. She is a CFA charterholder, and also sits on the Analyst Advisory Committee of the UK Sustainable Investment & Finance Association (UK SIF).


Lachlan Towart, Equity analyst, European Investment Office, UBS Wealth Management

Lachlan Towart joined the UBS Chief Investment Office in Zurich in 2015, where he is responsible for coverage of the healthcare and chemicals sectors. Lachlan originally joined UBS Investment Bank in 2000 as a corporate finance analyst, before moving to equity research where he covered biotechnology and medical technology stocks. He subsequently covered European pharmaceuticals as a sell-side analyst at HSBC, and global healthcare as a sector specialist salesperson at Societe Generale and Kepler Capital Markets. Lachlan re-joined UBS in March 2015, in the CIO.

Lachlan holds a master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Nottingham, England, and is a CFA charterholder.


Marianna Mamou, Strategist, CIO Global Asset Allocation, UBS Wealth Management

Marianna Mamou is a strategist in the Chief Investment Office Global Asset Allocation team. She focuses on developing investment methodologies to be used with holistic advice, such as ‘Lending in the context of investing’ and the ‘Total wealth’ investment concept. Marianna has more than 10 years of experience in financial services, having worked in the UBS Global CIO as well as in private and corporate banking at Credit Suisse, HSBC and Bear Stearns.

Marianna holds an MSc in Physics from Imperial College London, an MSc in Decision Sciences from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from INSEAD, France.


Claire Freymond, Client Relations Manager, UBS Optimus Foundation

Claire Freymond joined the UBS Optimus Foundation in April 2015 to support donor relationships within Switzerland and help UBS clients to find innovative and scalable programs that will have the greatest impact on the lives of children. Prior to joining the UBS Optimus Foundation, Claire worked for six years in the private sector for a medical device company in the French part of Switzerland.

Claire holds a master's degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland. She speaks several languages, including German, English, French, Italian and Spanish.


Dhun Davar, Program Manager, Innovative Finance, UBS Optimus Foundation

Dhun Davar has nearly a decade of experience in international development, which she uses to help clients find innovative financial ways to make a difference to children’s lives through the UBS Optimus Foundation. Dhun joined the Foundation from the Hand in Hand Switzerland Association, where she was Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, she was Chief Executive Officer at Apnalaya, a non-profit organization working on integrated community development in the Mumbai slums.

Dhun has also worked with GiveIndia, Guidestar India, the Monze Mission Hospital, and VSO Zambia. She holds a degree in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, India, and a master’s in Development Studies from the London School of Economics, England.
