Consumer Which retailers have the least exposure to Covid-19?

In parts of the US that have been less affected by Covid-19, there are fewer mandated social-distancing restrictions. Some discretionary retailers have a relatively low exposure to areas with a high share of cases.

  • JCPenney and Kohl's have less exposure than Nordstrom and Macy's.
  • TJ Maxx and Ross Stores have fewer than 25% of their stores in states with high case levels.
  • Only 17% of Lowe's stores are in high-exposure states vs. 26% for Home Depot.
