Americas mobility Where is mobility recovering in the Americas?

Data on auto congestion, public transit, and the number of people going to work (foot traffic) provides a glimpse of whether activity is starting to get back to normal around the globe.

  • The US has seen a steady, moderate recovery in the three mobility metrics, with no notable stepchange at the national level after the partial reopenings in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Colorado, Montana, and Minnesota.
  • Argentina, Canada and Brazil are also showing a moderate recovery. In Mexico, all three mobility metrics continue to decelerate.
