Traffic congestion in some Chinese cities appears to have plateaued after the May holiday dip, at around 70-75% of last year's levels.
- Wuhan is a notable exception, with congestion down significantly relative to mid-May.
- Beijing and Shanghai have reached new highs, while Shenzhen has fallen from its late April peak.
