That’s why we give students the chance to gain experience in our Global Banking team, through a unique program that takes place over the winter study break. You will work across several key areas, including product and services advisory, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, leveraged and acquisition finance and the Private Funds Group.

You would have gained experience of what it’s like to work in one of the premier investment banks and with experts of the field.

What support will you receive?

Over the course of four weeks, you’ll collaborate directly with teams on real projects and receive one-on-one mentoring that’ll enhance your development and experience.

How do you apply?

The program takes place over the winter vacation break with applications opening the previous spring. Our application process has four stages, each designed to learn more about you and hear of your interest in joining us.

You may only apply for one program in one country of your choice during the same academic year. For example, if you wish to apply for the Graduate Talent Program in Global Banking, you'll not be able to apply for any other program (Graduate Talent Program or internship) or area (Global Markets, Operations) in the APAC region.

Also, please note that you can only create one application form/profile.
