Paths:

Software Engineering

Are you passionate about software engineering and bringing new systems to life? Do you have the drive to innovate? Do you have experience in developing software in Java, Python, C# or C++?

Join one of our engineering teams in Krakow or Wroclaw and develop your programming skills, selling your ideas, communicating and helping others achieve state of the art delivery pipelines.

DevOps

Do you want to help develop new platforms and services? Are you interested to learn and explore the future of banking services? Do you take pride in the quality of software delivered for each development iteration?
Join one of our engineering teams in Krakow or Wroclaw and develop your programming skills, selling the vision, communicating and helping others achieve state of the art delivery pipelines.

Systems Engineering

Are you at your best when coordinating and collaborating with others? Do you have a sharp and analytical mindset? Are you able to think outside of the box?
Join one of our engineering teams in Krakow or Wroclaw. They play an important role in supporting different platforms and continuously make improvements by applying the ITIL framework.

Artificial Intelligence

Do you want to help develop new platforms and services? Are you interested to learn and explore the future of innovative banking services? Do you take pride in the quality of software delivered for each development iteration?

Join one of our engineering teams in Krakow or Wroclaw and help develop modern AI/ML systems.

IT Security

Are you interested in the development and enhancement of IT security systems? Would you like to be a central player when a real attack is happening, and help us to protect the bank? You’ll need to put yourselves in the mindset of a hacker and keep us one step ahead of the game. The program will give you the opportunity to apply what you have learnt to real banking systems.

IT Business Analysis and Project Management

Are you interested in how to apply business analysis or project management tools and techniques to deliver IT projects? Do you want to source, develop, implement, maintain and support world-class technology solutions?

Join one of our IT teams in Krakow or Wroclaw and help us in the development of proposals for change or enhancement.

What support will you receive?

During your time in our program you will: 

  • Be part of the project team and be involved in day-to-day tasks alongside our Tech professionals 
  • Learn about new technologies, our products and other core business topics 
  • Apply your knowledge and expertise to delivering solutions and system 
  • Learn about general aspects of investment banking, wealth management, asset management and personal & corporate banking 
  • Get to know your colleagues through networking, social events and cross-business trainings

Who are we looking for?

Our Tech Internship Program is designed for engineering degree students who have completed their third, fourth or final year. But, if you’re determined and interested - apply.
