You’ll benefit from an extensive learning and support framework, right from the start of your university studies. As you progress through your studies, the program also evolves to offer you virtual insight experiences, summer internship opportunities and hopefully longer-term careers with UBS.

UBS Tomorrow's Talent is a program that provides you with a wide range of learning and networking opportunities to support you in shaping your future career. You’ll have access to coaching sessions, mentors, information events and online learning materials, all throughout your studies and designed to help you:
- Understand your strengths and interests
- Build and develop your commercial and business awareness
- Prepare for job search and application
- Enhance your career readiness
As you progress through your studies, the program will also provide internship opportunities such as:
- Virtual insight week
- Summer Internship Program
You’ll need to apply for these internships, but we’ll do our best to ensure you’re prepared and know what to expect.
Finally, if you enjoy your experience and perform well throughout your Summer Internship with us, you can also receive an offer to our GTP program following your graduation!
