- If your application has sparked our interest, a recruiter will be in touch with you over email and phone to confirm your interviews to be conducted over Skype/phone. Please bear in mind that there could be more than one round of interviews with different stakeholders.
- A complete set of instructions on how to join the interview calls will be shared in advance to ensure a smooth interview experience.
- If you face any technical difficulty, do not panic! Our recruiters will be available on phone to help you.
- The recruitment team will let you know the outcome of your interviews to you via email.
- If you’re selected, the offer process will be completely digitized for your convenience.
- You will receive step by step instructions for your virtual onboarding at UBS.
- From the time of your acceptance until your date of joining, HR, your line manager and team members will be in touch with you and can answer any questions/concerns you may have.
- After bringing you on board, your line manager and business heads will ensure you have a complete virtual experience through digital induction sessions, leadership connects and culture immersion sessions.
- A buddy will also be assigned to you to help with routine tasks and queries around technical support, HR policies, organizational and business specific initiatives, etc.
