UBS Wealth Management Americas has affirmed its long-term strategic commitment to develop and grow its industry leading Corporate Employee Financial Services (CEFS) business. The CEFS group delivers equity compensation plan services and support for Stock Options, Restricted Grant Awards, Performance Grant Awards, Stock Appreciation Rights and Employee Stock Purchase Plans.
The CEFS group provides a comprehensive offering of financial education programs and various wealth management and executive services for plan participants. These are delivered via a network of specially trained and certified Financial Advisors who help participants understand the value of their benefits and are available to assist them in pursuing their individual wealth management objectives.
"We believe CEFS is central to achieving our goal of being the premier wealth management firm in the U.S." said James D. Price, Co-Head, Wealth Management Advisor Group US. "Continuing to enhance and expand this business allows us to help clients pursue their equity compensation goals and help participants consider their equity awards as a component of their entire wealth management," said Price.
Some of the future enhancements planned include platform service upgrades, enhanced self-service features providing corporate clients more choice and flexibility, increased financial education and executive services programs for participants and an expansion of the Financial Advisor network.
"These enhancements will enable us to build upon our already strong leadership position in the equity compensation plan administration marketplace," said James M. Pierce, Co-Head, Wealth Management Advisor Group US.
