William Wilson Joins UBS Investment Bank's Leveraged Captial Markets Group
UBS announced today that William Wilson has joined UBS Investment Bank as a Managing Director in the Leveraged Capital Markets group, focusing on U.S. high yield origination. Wilson is based in Stamford and reports to Brendan Connolly, Leveraged Capital Markets Group Head.
Wilson joins UBS from Bear Stearns, where he was a Senior Managing Director in the High Yield Group and led their efforts in European and international leveraged finance. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Wilson was a Managing Director in both the investment banking and high yield capital markets groups at Credit Suisse in New York and London. Previously, he was in the Financial Sponsors Group at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette.

Wilson holds an M.A. from the University of Cambridge, England and a Masters of Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
