Kevin C. Cox to Join UBS Warburg as Head of Industrial Investment Banking in the Americas
UBS Warburg announced today that Kevin C. Cox will join the firm as head of the Industrial group in the Americas, overseeing investment banking efforts across the Automotive, Building Materials, Capital Goods, Chemicals, Metals and Mining, and Paper and Packaging industries. Mr. Cox will be a managing director and a vice chairman of the Investment Banking group. He will report to Jeffrey A. McDermott and Philip Byrne, joint heads of the Global Industrial group. Mr. Cox is expected to join UBS Warburg in late May.
Mr. Cox joins UBS Warburg from Morgan Stanley where he currently serves a managing director and head of the U.S. General Industrial group specializing in Capital Goods and Multi-Industry clients. At Morgan Stanley, he has advised Dow Chemical, Hubbell, Interpublic, Lockheed Martin, Lucent, L-3, Raytheon and a number of other large clients in significant merger and acquisition assignments and capital market activities.
