This is where you can find key information about electronically granting powers of attorney and using «GVMO».

The previous UBS Shareholder Portal has been replaced by «GVMO». GVMO is a third-party service.

The access data for the previous UBS Shareholder Portal (user ID and password) are no longer needed to access GVMO.

Using GVMO, UBS shareholders can electronically grant a power of attorney to the independent proxy or order an admission card to the General Meeting.

The one-time code for one-time access to GVMO expires when a power of attorney is granted or an admission card is ordered. After this, the code cannot be used again.

Every invitation you receive to a General Meeting will contain a new one-time code.

Log in with the one-time code, issue voting instructions for all agenda items, grant power of attorney – all done.

Issued powers of attorney will be forwarded to the independent proxy (ADB Altorfer Duss & Beilstein AG) under protection of voting secrecy.

If you wish to change or cancel a power of attorney, please contact UBS Shareholder Services or the independent proxy.

Log in with the one-time code, order your admission card – all done.

Ordered admission cards will be sent out two weeks before the General Meeting.

If you have any questions about participating in person at the UBS AGM, please contact UBS Shareholder Services.

Custodian banks generally automatically report address changes of their clients to stock corporations.

You can also e-mail a change of address directly to UBS Shareholder Services.

If you have any questions about the number of shares stated on the invitation to the General Meeting, please contact UBS Shareholder Services.

As the invitation contains the one-time code for GVMO, it has to be sent by post. In other words, the invitation cannot be sent by e-mail for security reasons.

UBS offers the option of a one-page General Meeting invitation without any enclosures. To register for this, log in to GVMO or contact UBS Shareholder Services.

Shareholders who opt for the one-page invitation will only use electronic media.

Using the QR code on the General Meeting invitation, you can log in to GVMO without any manual input.

To do this, you need your smartphone or tablet and a QR code reader app.

The purpose of the QR code is to enable you to log in conveniently to GVMO.

UBS administers the share register itself and, apart from voting instructions, forwards no data to third parties.
