UBS qualifies again for FTSE4Good Index
UBS has met the criteria to be included in the FTSE4Good Index for the 12th straight year.
UBS has met the criteria to be included in the FTSE4Good Index, a series of ethical stock market indices that consists of companies compliant with globally recognized corporate responsibility standards, for the 12th straight year. UBS has been part of the index, which measures the performance of global corporations in the areas of environmental sustainability, stakeholder relations and support for human rights, since its inception in 2001.
This achievement is bolstered by the detailed FTSE4Good overall ESG rating, a numerical score that quantifies firms' adherence to strict environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria. UBS received a total absolute score of 4.8 out of a possible 5, and the firm's relative score was 99 points (out of 100) in the index's supersector rating. These ratings demonstrate FTSE4Good's recognition of the continuous progress UBS has been making in managing key ESG aspects.
