Here’s what you might expect if you’re selected to participate in the interview process.
First round - interview
- Your first interview could be an on-campus, in-person, via video or phone, conducted by a representative from the business or from human resources. What we want to do in the first interview round is evaluate your competencies against those required for the position you’re interested in.
- You'll be asked competency-based questions to give us a better idea of how you will react when presented with the issues, challenges and problems that can arise in business.
Final round - interviews
- The final interviews will take place either at our offices or on campus (or near your campus) and will be conducted by a representative from the business you’ve applied to. The final interview will be more detailed and focused on assessing your compatibility for UBS and your desired position.
Please note that due to the large number of applications we receive, not everyone will be invited for an interview.
