Research Blast Brexit and UK real estate update – January 2021

Despite dominating discussion for much of the past four years, there has been surprisingly limited reaction to the UK's deal with the EU. In this paper we discuss some of the potential implications of the deal for the main UK real estate sectors, and how improved investor sentiment could start to close the yield gap with other European markets which emerged since the referendum.
