UBS vested benefits custody account

The UBS Vested Benefits Foundation offers you the opportunity to invest your pension assets in securities. You can choose from six different funds with varying risk and return profiles.

Your benefits in detail

Greater long-term earnings potential
You participate in the performance of the securities markets and take advantage of the opportunity for higher returns created by price gains. There is no obligation for you to sell UBS Vitainvest investment funds for example when you reach retirement age. You can transfer your UBS Vitainvest units into your private UBS custody account. Your investment horizon is open and you decide for yourself how long you want to hold these investment funds.

Optimal diversification
The UBS Vitainvest investment fund invests its capital in compliance with the provisions of the Swiss Federal Law on Occupational Retirement, Survivors' and Disability Pension Plans and its ordinances. The main investment objective is to achieve an optimal total return within its individual funds by suitably diversifying investment classes and fund managers.

Flexible investment options
You can decide for yourself at any time how much of your retirement capital you would like to invest in which funds.

Buying and selling free of charge
If your purchase or sale orders are received by 12 noon by the UBS Vested Benefits Foundation, they are settled the following business day free of charge at NAV. No issue or redemption commission is payable.

You have the peace of mind of knowing that your retirement savings are invested in accordance with the legal regulations for pension funds. Distribution: March and for 2nd pillar automatic reinvestment. The distributions are exempt from withholding tax in accordance with 2nd pillar.

Regular publication of prices
The prices of the six investment funds are published daily with UBS Investment Funds in the following Swiss daily and business newspapers:
Tages-Anzeiger, NZZ, Le Temps, St. Galler Tagblatt, L'Agéfi, Corriere del Ticino, Basler Zeitung (Saturday), Berner Zeitung/Der Bund (Wednesday), Finanz & Wirtschaft (Wednesday, Saturday).
UBS Vistainvest prices are available daily online at
