How and where can I change my address or name?
The quickest and easiest way to change your address is directly in e-banking.
A change in name is not possible via e-banking, as we need to renew your specimen signature and require a copy of your passport or ID. To do this, please visit one of our branches or arrange an appointment.
Changing your address in UBS e-banking
1. After logging in, select «Settings > User profile > Contact data».
2. Select «Change domicile address» and enter your new address. Select «Next» to save and submit your change of address. The change will take effect immediately.
The following options are also available for when you change address:
Send your request to change your address to UBS Switzerland AG, PO Box, 8098 Zurich. You can also use the change of address card provided by the Post. Please don’t forget to provide a legally valid signature (by the contractual partner, not by an authorized agent) on your change of address notification.
You can also request a change of address by telephone or inform your personal client advisor. You can find the telephone number in the right-hand column. We’ll change your address immediately after receiving the new details from you.
In person in a branch
Call in to one of our branches and bring your legally valid ID and your bank card with you.
