How can I track a payment in E-Banking?

Track your payments via E-Banking with payment tracking and see their current status in real time, as well as details of fees and exchange rates.

  1. Log in to E-Banking.
  2. Go to “Assets > Account > Transactions”.
  3. Click on the payment you want to check.
  4. In the detailed view, click on “Track this transaction” to see the current status of the payment.

Which payments can be tracked?

The following types of payment can be tracked:

  • Cross-border payments in all currencies (SWIFT)
  • Domestic payments in CHF or EUR can only be partially tracked

This function is available for outgoing and incoming payments. SEPA payments are not eligible for tracking.
