This information sheet contains an overview of monetary benefits that UBS Switzerland AG (“UBS”) receives from Swisscom AG (“Swisscom”) for the referral of Swisscom to UBS clients and prospects.

In particular, UBS advertises Swisscom’s Online Security Check to appropriate UBS clients and prospects and directs them to Swisscom.

Monetary benefits may lead to conflicts of interests on the part of UBS. They may in particular create incentives for UBS to refer Swisscom over other companies paying no, or less, monetary benefits. UBS has appropriate organizational measures in place in order to mitigate the risks resulting from such conflict of interests.

1. Monetary benefits
   UBS receives a maximum of CHF 50 for every booked Online Security Check by the referred UBS from Swisscom.
2. Waiver on monetary benefits
   The UBS client agrees that UBS fully retains any monetary benefits received from Swisscom and herewith expressly waives the respective right to receive any monetary benefits. The UBS client acknowledges that this arrangement deviates from the statutory right to claim for restitution according to art. 400 para. 1 of the Swiss Code of Obligations or any other statutory provision with similar content.
