Information on monetary benefits received from Klara

This information contains an overview of monetary benefits that UBS Switzerland AG (hereinafter referred to as “UBS”) receives from Klara for the referral of Klara to UBS clients and prospects.

In particular, UBS advertises Klara’s “business software” to appropriate UBS clients and prospects and directs them to Klara.

Monetary benefits may lead to conflicts of interests on the part of UBS. They may, in particular, create incentives for UBS to prefer Klara over other companies paying no, or less, monetary benefits. UBS has appropriate organizational measures in place in order to mitigate the risks resulting from such conflict of interests.

1. Monetary benefits
UBS receives a maximum of CHF 224 for every signed Klara contract of a referred UBS client requesting these services from Klara.

2. Waiver on monetary benefits
The UBS client agrees that UBS fully retains any monetary benefits received from Klara and herewith expressly waives the respective right to receive any monetary benefits. The UBS client acknowledges that this arrangement deviates from the statutory right to claim for restitution according to Art. 400 para. 1 of the Swiss Code of Obligations or any other statutory provisions with similar content.
