Fund description
  • The investment objective is to replicate the performance of the UBS Bloomberg CM-BCOM Outperformance Strategy ex-Precious Metals 2.5 Leveraged CHF Hedged Index Net of Cost Total Return.
  • The fund synthetically replicates the index performance by investing in a swap.
  • The swap counterparty transfers collateral to the ETF in the form of G10 government bonds, supranational bonds and cash.
  • The fund is passively managed.

  • The Index was developed to offer investors an enhanced beta commodity strategy to maximize roll yields. It is long the CMCI BCOM Index and short the BCOM Index, excluding precious metals and with a 2.5x leverage and is using a daily rolling future methodology that reduces congestion and generates diversification across the future curve to reduce cary costs associated with the rolling of short term futures.
