Approbation par le Parlement de l'accord passé entre le gouvernement suisse et les Etats-Unis: UBS prend position

UBS salue le fait que le Parlement suisse ait avalisé l'accord passé entre le Gouvernement suisse et les Etats-Unis. Ce vote est une étape importante dans la recherche d'une solution au niveau gouvernemental.

UBS va continuer de se concentrer sur l'ensemble de ses obligations découlant des accords de règlement conclus avec le Département américain de la justice et la Securities and Exchange Commission (soit: Deferred Prosecution Agreement/DPA et Consent Order) et de les traiter en temps opportun. Elle est confiante quant à sa capacité de s'en acquitter dans les délais prévus jusqu'en août 2010.
