We support the projects in the core project stage over a period of three to six years with amounts from CHF 200,000 to 300,000 a year. The projects are placed in thematic groups such as “Early Childhood Development” or “Improvement of Health Systems”. This allows projects to be placed into a larger context and for cross-project goals to be set. In addition, we can review projects for their potential development and replicability.

After a thorough evaluation and fulfilment of defined criteria, the core projects enter the program phase.
