The Federal Swiss Wrestling and Alpine Festival is Switzerland's largest recurring sporting event and is held every three years at a different location. Following Frauenfeld in 2010, which was attended by more than 250,000 visitors, the next Festival will take place from 30 August to 1 September 2013 in Burgdorf in Emmental.
