At the same time there were 10.34% (214'275'026) disposal positions (proportion of voting rights) of UBS registered shares. These comprised 6'535'875 (0.32%) disposal rights with voting rights and 14'778'116 (0.71%) written acquisition rights for UBS registered shares and 192'961'035 (9.31%) employee options with voting rights for UBS registered shares. 150,145,816 (7.25 %) conditional capital shares are available to service the employee options.
