UBS raises interest rates
UBS is increasing interest rates for its retirement savings accounts UBS Fisca account (pillar 3a) and UBS unrestricted retirement account 3b as well as for the UBS vested benefits account (pillar 2). The changes will come into effect on November 1, 2007.
UBS is increasing its interest rates in response to the current environment in the financial and capital markets as well as the Swiss pension fund market.
Starting November 1, 2007, the following interest rates will apply:

UBS Fisca account | 2.00% | 1.875% |
UBS unrestricted retirement account 3b | 2.00% | 1.875% |
UBS vested benefits account | 1.75% | 1.5% |
